• Theme Camp Application - Yes it was submitted
• Carl has something to discuss but forgot what it was so we're saving this spot for him
• Carl doesn't deserver a spot saved for him...skip it
• Whitney's on-playa party planning committee
• Money Money Money
• Fundraising - We've only raised $813 so far. Thank god we don't have to make another shade structure
• What else? Art car!----NO ART CAR. WE WANTED A LESS EXPENSIVE TRIP THIS YEAR....Jackasses.

What actually happened

• We have determined today is today
• Oh shit, Alex and Jay are here.
• I'm by myself in Second Life, sitting on the tiki bar, by myself.
• Through persistence and a modicum of filth buildup, we've officially stolen Susan Beth's coolers
• Oh look a smoke break already...no really, we'll wait.
• Why aren't there any cookies? Cheese as far as the eye can see but not one goddamn cookie.
• Chris and Brigid are here! Oh, they're drinking faux martinis...fauxtinis?

• We have a caller...it's Vincent, he might go this year, we enjoy laughter.
• Brigid wants us to be on esplanade which is nice of her since she won't have to pick up noob-frat-puke this year
• Sunny is dressed like Harry Potter
• Carl has something to say...he lost it.

  • Rehab tiki bar (Jeff and who ever he recruits?)

What actually happened

It's rather unfortunate that SB and Lyle have set the bar so high for our meetings. Whoever hosts the next one has some planning to do.

What went wrong?

• Too many smoke breaks
• Solar/Batteries didn't work
• Porch setup wrong – wood has been labeled and sorted
• Shade structure covering, need more tarp
• Sloppy Joes
• Shower
• Misc bucket was full after the first day and remained full, that's not how it works.
• Board bolts not threaded enough...buy new bolts.
• Alcohol was broken
• Truck-no crew cab, takes away too much packing space
• Board-tile holes snug and filled with crap, bigger drill bit makes bigger holes
• Shade structure support-crisscrossing-Caleb will sketchup (or something)
• Shower-too public-better placement more interior to camp
• Compost bag, don't forget em
• Directions for dish washing system need to be posted
• Dr Carls sign – brighter colors
• Use white cooler for dry ice
• List of contents on coolers for less opening and more consuming
• Art cart, redux?
• Double check all lanterns, replace batteries and lamps, clean contacts?
• Pack lighter...don't bring shit you don't need

What went right?

• Personal shelves were super convenient
• Shade structure was super shady
• Tiki bar covering was super covery
• El sol just as super energizing as Red Bull. It's what plants crave.

• Personal mobility device for people who can't walk far

• Swing set – no trampoline
