Please list the things that need to be discussed and changed for next year:

  • Beer rationing (label the cases by day to use)
  • Non-beer items?
  • More food
  • Conclave people no chores on Saturday night
  • Print hard copy of wiki
  • No personal phone calls during meetings VAUGHN!
  • Otherwise good year, let's move on

New business

  • Group planned dinner nights? Group of 4ish plans dinner, buys groceries, cleans dishes, etc.
  • Ticket discussion: is that done? Do we need Mat's tickets?
  • Truck size (I believe Chris already has numbers for 3ton vs 5ton) Couple of cargo vans?
    • 5-ton $840
    • 10-12ft $660 (still need cert)
    • Cargo vans probably not feasibly
    • Let's get the truck the next size down from the 5 ton
  • Drive to Reno again? (we're smaller, lighter, nimbler)...Yes, let's go to Reno.
  • Carpool more? Complain less?
  • No Dr. Carl's mixer but throw a party at some other camp

  • Committee heads
